Upon receipt of returned goods, IsleField reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet Return Policy requirements.


RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Returnable sale merchandise (see below) can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for IsleField merchandise only.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.

SALE ITEMS

All Pre-sale items will be Charged up front.  We will notify the consumer once the Product has made it to the Warehouse and again when the product is shipping to their preferred address.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON  items purchased through Facebook Sale Events.  ALL FACEBOOK SALE EVENT SALES are final.

We do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All SAMPLE sales are final.

PAYPAL REFUNDS

When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy.

Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error (see below).

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. IsleField will provide a pre-paid UPS,FedEx or USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the US. To arrange to replace your product, please contact IsleField by email at returns@islefield.com

IsleField customers using a third party service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. IsleField is not liable for any damages from any third party shipping services.
